Oman today_ YouTube has announced that, for the first time, all five films of the Twilight saga will be available to stream for free. This event, organized in collaboration with Lionsgate, begins at noon on September 7 (PT) and will run continuously until September 14 on the official Twilight YouTube channel.
The online release serves as a prelude to the saga’s return to theaters this October, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the publication of the first Twilight novel. The franchise’s YouTube channel was recently launched in response to a renewed wave of fan interest.
The five films — Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and the two parts of Breaking Dawn — have collectively grossed over $3.3 billion worldwide. Adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling novels, the books have sold more than 160 million copies globally to date.
