Oman today_ Kaveh Yaghmaei, a prominent Iranian composer and singer, has launched his music academy in Toronto. Designed for students of all ages, the academy aims to enhance musical knowledge, foster individual creativity, and establish connections with the professional music industry.
The opening ceremony of the academy was attended by a group of well-known Iranian musicians and artists. Distinguished figures such as Bagher Moazen, Babak Amini, Mazyar Fallahi, Niloufar Farzand, Shad, Satin, Saba Zamani, and Samyar were among the special guests of this event.
Born on December 12, 1968, in Tehran, Kaveh Yaghmaei was raised in an artistic family. He showed his passion for music from an early age and entered Tehran’s High School of Music at the age of 8. He began learning classical piano under the guidance of Master Novin Afrouz while simultaneously exploring acoustic and electric guitar in the rock genre under the influence of his father, Kourosh Yaghmaei, a pioneer of rock music in Iran.
Through the release of successful albums such as Scarecrow and Prism, Kaveh Yaghmaei has secured a significant place in Iranian music. With the launch of his academy, he now seeks to share his experiences and knowledge with the next generation.
