Oman today_ Oman Air has announced a significant increase in flight capacity for this year’s Khareef season in Dhofar. Starting from July 1, 2025, the airline will operate up to 12 daily flights between Muscat and Salalah, offering passengers greater convenience to travel to southern Oman and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the region.
To meet the growing demand, Oman Air has expanded the Muscat-Salalah route capacity by adding 70,000 additional seats through the end of 2025, representing a 16% increase compared to the previous year.
In line with its commitment to facilitating affordable domestic travel, Oman Air’s fixed national fare will continue to be available for all flights on this route. Omani citizens can purchase round-trip tickets at a flat rate of OMR 54 between July 1 and September 5. While there is no limit to the number of tickets available at this fare, early booking is recommended to secure preferred travel dates.
