Oman today_ The live-action Snow White (2025) by Disney has seen a sharp decline in its IMDb rating just one week after its theatrical release.
Starring Rachel Zegler and Gal Gadot, the film premiered on March 21 and has so far received a score of 1.6 out of 10 on IMDb, based on more than 190,000 votes. This places it among the lowest-rated films on the platform.
A remake of the classic 1930s animated film, Snow White grossed $87.3 million worldwide in its opening week, despite having a production budget estimated between $240 million and $270 million.
Many IMDb users, echoing critics, have described the film as “boring.” One viewer who watched it with their six-year-old daughter wrote: “She laughed at a few scenes, but after 45 minutes, she whispered in my ear, ‘This is boring.’ We watched until the end, but we were both happy when it was over.”
