Oman today_ Filipino chef Noël Catis, who was previously known for his viral Dubai chocolate, has now returned with a new creation exclusive to Abu Dhabi. This fresh chocolate features a unique blend of caramel, salt, halva, date syrup, cardamom, and saffron, and is inspired by the traditional Emirati dish “Balalit.” The research and development process for this chocolate took over a year, aiming to provide a distinctive cultural and flavor experience that reflects the identity of Abu Dhabi.
The Abu Dhabi chocolate is available in limited quantities at Rain Café in Abu Dhabi, priced at 100 AED for every 200 grams, and is part of Noël Catis’ chocolate collection.
