You can prepare this dish with a variety of ingredients based on your personal taste. Quesadilla can be served on its own or accompanied by different sauces such as salsa, ketchup, or sour cream.

Ingredients for Two Servings
Tortilla bread: 2 pieces – Mozzarella cheese: 80 grams – Gouda cheese: 50 grams – Fresh mushrooms: 5 medium-sized – Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece – Red onion: 1 small – Garlic cloves: 2 – Butter: 1 tablespoon – Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon – Paprika, black pepper, salt, dried oregano: to taste

Preparation Method
Start by slicing the red onion into thin strips and finely chopping the garlic cloves. Slice the mushrooms and dice the yellow bell pepper into small pieces. In a medium-sized pan, heat the vegetable oil and butter. Sauté the onion and garlic until soft and golden. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper, and continue to cook until the mushrooms release and evaporate their moisture.
Next, season the mixture with dried oregano, paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine. Once fully cooked, remove the mixture from the pan and set it aside.
Place one tortilla in the pan. Sprinkle some grated gouda and mozzarella cheese over half of the tortilla. Add half of the vegetable mixture on top, then sprinkle more cheese. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling. Grill each side for about two to three minutes over medium heat until both sides are golden and the cheese is fully melted. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

Once the quesadillas are ready, slice them into triangle-shaped pieces and serve them hot.
