Oman today_ KidSuper’s Spring/Summer collection, titled The Boy Who Jumped the Moon, drew significant attention with its imaginative and narrative-driven approach. Far more than a traditional runway show, the collection served as a visual translation of a whimsical story written by the brand’s founder, Colm Dillane.
At the heart of the collection is the tale of a boy who travels to the moon—an idea rooted in a book specially written for this collection. A large-scale model of the book was displayed at the show venue, and printed copies were offered to guests.
The visual elements of the collection—moons, stars, planets, and childlike symbols—transformed the runway into a poetic and thought-provoking experience. With its blend of simplicity, imagination, and philosophical undertones, the atmosphere evoked the spirit of The Little Prince, without being a direct adaptation.
