Oman today_ The second Persian language training course for Royal Oman Police officers has commenced.
Aiming to enhance cultural interactions and establish effective communication with the Iranian community residing in Oman, the Royal Oman Police has launched a new program. This 12-week training course is being held at the Nizwa Police Academy under the guidance of Ms. Farzaneh Falaki, an experienced instructor in Persian and English languages.
Previously, in 2023, the first iteration of this program was conducted and received widespread acclaim. With the growing number of Iranians in Oman, the initiative has been relaunched in 2025 to further improve the linguistic skills of police officers in engaging with this community.
Familiarity with the Persian language not only facilitates the resolution of issues faced by the Iranian community but also fosters a sense of trust and strengthens social bonds. This effort reflects the Royal Oman Police’s commitment to establishing effective communication with all segments of society.
