According to the draw, Al-Nassr will face Yokohama Marinos from Japan, Al-Hilal will take on South Korea’s Guangzhou, Al-Ahli will go up against Buriram United from Thailand, and Al-Sadd from Qatar will meet Kawasaki Frontale from Japan.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) announced that teams have been grouped into East and West zones based on geographical location. Al-Hilal and Yokohama were recognized as the top teams in the West and East zones, respectively.
The final stages of the tournament will be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Quarter-final matches are set to begin on April 25 (May 5), and the final will take place on May 3 (May 13).
