Oman today_ The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in Oman has implemented changes to real estate service fees to facilitate investment improvement and enhance service efficiency. These changes include reducing registration fees for sales contracts, lowering mortgage fees, and streamlining financing through Islamic banks. Additionally, some fees have been waived or reduced, such as those for registering agricultural land and land allocation through electronic auctions. Specific groups, including low-income individuals and persons with disabilities, have been exempted from certain fees. The aim of these changes is to increase beneficiary satisfaction and promote transparency in service pricing.
