Oman today_ The Muttrah cable car project is progressing rapidly, with earthworks underway at various locations. The cable car will feature three stations, starting from the fish market, passing over the mountain near Riyam Park, and ending at Kalbuh Park.
Once completed, this cable car will become the largest over-the-sea cable car in the region, offering stunning views of the sea and coastline. Additionally, a museum near Muttrah Fort will be constructed to showcase the rich history of the area to visitors.
The cable car stations will be equipped with facilities to ensure entertainment and convenience for tourists, families, and residents. Simultaneously, infrastructure developments such as parking facilities are also planned.
