Oman today_ The hot springs of Al Rustaq village, located in the South Al Batinah region of Oman, are among the country’s lesser-known natural attractions. The most famous of these springs is Ain Al Kasfah, situated only about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Al Rustaq and approximately 170 kilometers from Muscat. The spring water, which emerges from the ground at around 45°C, is rich in minerals and sulfur, giving it notable therapeutic properties believed to help with rheumatism and certain skin conditions. The area features natural pools and separate spaces for visitors, offering a peaceful experience where guests can enjoy both the soothing warmth of the spring water and the beautiful surrounding landscape.
