Oman today_ The official Eid al-Fitr holiday for the year 1446 Hijri has been announced for employees in both public and private sectors. The holiday will commence on Saturday, March 29, 2025.
The end of the holiday depends on the determination of the first day of Eid and is as follows:
If Sunday is declared as the first day of Eid, the holiday will continue until Tuesday, April 1, and work will resume on Wednesday, April 2.
If Monday is declared as the first day of Eid, the holiday will be extended until Saturday, April 5, and work will resume on Sunday, April 6.
