Oman today_ A non-alcoholic beverage called “Majlis,” inspired by the ancient drinks of the Arabian Peninsula, has been introduced by Igor Sergonin, the Russian CEO of Midtown Factory in Dubai. This product is crafted using a unique fermentation process that ensures an authentic and complex flavor while remaining completely alcohol-free.
“Majlis” is made with natural ingredients such as malt, water, yeast, and hops, without any artificial additives or sweeteners. It is available in five different flavors: Original, Gluten-Free, Stout, Wit, and Alpa.
