Oman today_ The Ministry of Labor in Oman has announced special working hours for Ramadan 1446 Hijri for both public and private sectors. According to the announcement, working hours for government offices have been set from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Additionally, department heads are allowed to implement flexible working hours, allowing employees to start and finish their work within one of the following time slots: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
For Muslim employees in the private sector, daily working hours will be reduced to 6 hours, with a maximum of 30 hours per week, to align with the spiritual and practical requirements of the holy month of Ramadan.
