Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they are soft and golden.

3. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes until the pepper softens.
4. Season the mixture with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure even flavoring.
5. Warm the tortillas using a skillet or microwave.
6. Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
