Oman today_ The exhibition “DIVA! Italian Glamour in Fashion Jewellery,” organized in collaboration with the National Museum in Muscat and the Italian Embassy, showcases over 100 exquisite pieces of jewellery from the 1950s to the present day. The exhibition highlights the evolution of modern Italian jewellery and the influence of technological advancements and societal changes on its design.
Bold and innovative jewellery featuring vibrant colors and unconventional materials such as plastic and fabric are presented in this exhibition. Curated by Professor Alba Cappellieri and supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the event will run until March 9.
The exhibition emphasizes cultural exchange between Oman and Italy, offering an opportunity to inspire Omani artists and explore the global influence of Italian jewellery on culture.
